I’ve finally decided to pursue my blog. I’ve been struggling to get it started for months now. I’ve tried so much to have it contain awesome posts that would get my blog “famous” that I’ve forgotten what a blog is for in the first place: just for me. I should be blogging for me, not anyone else. And I’ve always fixated on my post length – if my post is long enough or not. But if I’m blogging for me, then my post length doesn’t matter. I’m not trying to make anyone happy with my blog. My blog is for me to log what I think, my ideas, my concerns, my opinions, and to share things that fascinate me or enrage me despite what people may think. So, starting today, I pledge to write whenever, on whatever, and however I want on my blog. I’ll pay no attention to length, quality, censorship, or if I even make sense. Because my blog is mine and is a representation of me.
Now that I’ve gotten that out, I’m going to explain a little bit about what I’ll probably write about in my blog.
I’ll probably write about my stance on the existence of God and religion and why I think that they’re not only false, misleading, but also dangerous and can negatively alter the way people think about and perceive things about themselves, their life, and the world around them.
I’m interested and enjoy a lot of interesting things, as well, such as: Blender, the free and open source 3D modelling program, the Ancient Egyptian civilization, psychology, PHP programming, liquid dancing, the Motif XS8 keyboard, minimalism and simlicity, common sense, movies and music, small home-made wooden boats, and electric scooters. So I’ll probably write a lot about those things, too.
